We are part of the movement! We know Dental Practices produce significant amounts of waste. So part of our core values is to help our beautiful planet keep going for generations by reducing as much as possible the “plastic footprint” in our dental office and still keeping our patients safe. Through our example we hope to encourage others to join us in helping our planet. It is our hope to continue replacing plastic for more eco-friendly products as we go along. What are we doing to help? The following are just some examples:
As you walk through our office you will notice we recycle.
We use gloves that are easier and faster to breakdown and therefore less waste on the landfills.
We use more autoclavable instruments instead of one-time plastic use.
We use Compost/Biodegradable bags around office in various ways.
For disposable tissues at the office we use bamboo, sugar cane, or recyclable products.
The above are just some things that you will notice different in our office. With that being said, we strive to keep our patients safety the number one priority by making sure the difference in our office is OSHA and FDA compliant.
Our planet earth is worth saving no matter the expense!
